• Refunds are issued in line with our Refund Policy (available on request) and applicable law. Special‑order parts and diagnostic fees are generally non‑refundable once ordered/performed.

4) Service Appointments, Repairs & Data

• You’re responsible for providing accurate equipment details and backing up your data before service.

• We are not liable for data loss that occurs during diagnostics or repairs. We can offer backup solutions on request.

• Any warranty or guarantee will be stated in writing on the job card or invoice.

5) Turnaround & Parts

• Turnaround times are estimates and depend on parts availability and diagnostics results.

• Parts may be new, refurbished, or OEM‑equivalent; any variance will be communicated before installation.

6) Customer Content & Acceptable Use

• Content you send us (e.g., files for recovery or website assets) must not infringe others’ rights or contain malware.

• You grant us a limited license to use such content solely to deliver the requested services.
